Howdy Social Minutes

President Penny Nelson called the social to order at the Memorial Lutheran Church Loomis Center in Katy, Texas. She gave a welcome and a brief history of our Katy/West Houston Aggie Moms club.

The Fightin’ Texas Aggie Yell Leaders were present and gave the incoming students and parents a mini yell practice and talked about a few of the Aggie traditions. The Yell leaders are:

Penny thanked everyone for attending. Thanks also for those who helped with the Howdy Social.

The mothers of the new students will be receiving a letter in August with more details about our first general meeting in September. There will also be a membership form as well as information on attending the 2008 Aggie Moms Retreat in November.
