Crab Dip—(from Kathi Powell)

 

12 oz. softened cream cheese 2 tsp. mayo

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce ½ grated onion

1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all together. Spread in serving dish or pie plate. Chill. Before serving, cover with ½ - 1 bottle of chili sauce and top with 1 or 2 cans of well-drained crab meat. Horseradish can be mixed (to taste) with the chili sauce before spreading on top of cream cheese mixture. Serve with Ritz crackers.
