Texas Sheet Cake/Brownie  (from the kitchen of Kathy Stoerner)

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 sticks margarine
1 cup water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk (add 2 tsp. white vinegar to 1/2 cup milk & let stand for 10 minutes to make buttermilk)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Frosting:

1/2 cup margarine
6 Tbsp. milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup nuts

Mix together sugar & flour, set aside. Bring to boil margarine, water, & cocoa. Pour over flour mixture & stir. Add buttermilk, vanilla, eggs, cinnamon, & baking soda. Mix well & pour in jellyroll pan. Bake 20 minutes @ 375 degrees. Let cool until just warm.

Frosting: Melt margarine, milk & cocoa together. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, & chopped nuts. Beat well & spread on cake while both cake & frosting are warm.
