Texas Sheet Cake/Brownie (from the kitchen of Kathy Stoerner)
2 cups sugarFrosting:
1/2 cup margarineMix together sugar & flour, set aside. Bring to boil margarine, water, & cocoa. Pour over flour mixture & stir. Add buttermilk, vanilla, eggs, cinnamon, & baking soda. Mix well & pour in jellyroll pan. Bake 20 minutes @ 375 degrees. Let cool until just warm.
Frosting: Melt margarine, milk & cocoa together. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, & chopped nuts. Beat well & spread on cake while both cake & frosting are warm.
